    This file is intended to aid your subconscious mind in hypnogogic learning, ie learning while you're sleeping. It's not very good with facts and figures, but it will help you with changing your attitude and behaviors... like most of the training files here. This is a long file with a theta-wave undertrack that's supposed to be placed at the beginning of a playlist. If you have access to Audacity or some other editing program, you can put your own choice of file over the theta-wave track after the introduction ends at about 22:45. The body file cuts out the theta-wave stuff so you can just put it in a playlist without having to listen to 26 minutes of theta-throb. So go ahead, get cozy in your bed, put in those earbuds, and let your subconscious mind soak in those training files!
